I have just changed from a PC to a iMac, and since then the supersize in my listing is not working. It is showing the same size as in the listing. Is it something that I am doing wrong to cause this?

Which browser are you using to view the listing from the Mac and do you have a listing number you can post so Forum members can double-check it for you?
I have IE7, Firefox and Safari on my desktop, so I can check with those.

I just reviewed item # 120350011942 and the "Click to Supersize" option for both of your images is working properly for me. However, I did notice that the supersized versions of these images are not much larger than those that are displayed within the template on the actual auction page.
When you create a listing through Auctiva and place your images in the "Select an Image" boxes, your images will be resized to about 400 x 300 px for optimal display in the template assuming that the originals are larger than 400 x 300 px. The versions of those images that are displayed on the supersized image page will reflect the original size of those images so, if you want your supersized images to be larger, you just need to upload larger images for use with your listings.
