I filed s support case yesterday and have not heard back. How long is it taking to reply?

Hi Mike,

Support Requests can take from a couple of hours up to several days depending on: complexity of the question, available staff to answer question, number of other questions that need answering from other people and simple time constraints.
Please be patient. Auctiva normally does a really good job all things considered.
