When you are done entering the support case there is a small radio button at the bottom that says submit (after asking if this is related to a previous case). Make sure to hit that.

The system is set up to give you an automatic response that it is received. If you did not get one, something is amiss either with the system or perhaps you for to click on submit. Good luck!
several folks, me included, have seen that happen from time to time. When you filled the case did you notice if the screen that came up next said it had been submitted successfully? After it happened to me a couple of times I now make sure that screen comes up. Sadly I don't remember if it did the times the ticket disappeared. I don't think its intentionally it is just a "feature" of all things computer
