Support upgrade September 12

Hello Community -

We will be undertaking some upgrades to our support system on Wednesday September 12 at 11:00 AM PDT; we expect the work to take approximately an hour.   During this interval the option to file a support case or connect to Live Chat will not be available.  Once the upgrade is complete, these options will return as usual.

I will post again here once this has completed.
