I am confused, standard support of issues is top notch. I give it an A+ however an issue you came up recently, i am a person with multiple ebay ids...So they say " 1 plan and add additional to your plan with multi plan! " yay? Sounds good.. Problem is, after 6 months of adding/removing etc.. ids. They stop and tell you they don't offer this service anymore.... LOL REALLY? Guess what when i OPEN A SUPPORT case on a different ID and ask about this service, they say "yeah we do, just buy the unlimited 9.99 and you can add additional auctiva id's..." so which is it guys? Do you do it anymore or not? How about just coming out and saying "We don't want to do this for you anymore, you're adding/subtracting too many accounts" or something to that effect? Why just lie and say you don't offer the service when in FACT YOU DO, you specifically answered a support question on a separate account saying you do.. But the one that's been using it, now doesn't ? Why can't you be honest if you are no longer going to allow that account to add/remove auctiva id's? I was lied so bad to my face by saying "We grandfathered your other id's and we no longer off this service.. but you can keep using it, but can't add anymore" o rly? Then why can i pay 9.99 on a separate account and add ids? A little consistency with your BS would go a long way.

I'm sorry to hear that you received conflicting information from our support team, but the fact of the matter is that the Multi Account Plan is only offered in some cases as a courtesy and each request is evaluated on a case by case basis.

There are a variety of factors involved in determining whether a request to be placed on the Multi Account Plan can be approved and, in the event that we decide to decline a request to utilize this plan, we will not necessarily be able to provide you with a specific reason your request was declined.
