swapping ebay accounts

Hi Stuart,

You can change the eBay account that your Auctiva account is associated with by generating a new token at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Ebay Settings, by clicking the "Get New Token" link.

I definitely recommend opening a second Auctiva account to use with your second eBay account though because, if you do not, the store window will be inconsistent in what it displays. For example, when your Auctiva account is associated with eBay account "x", your store window will display items from that eBay account. When your Auctiva account is associated with eBay account "y", your store window will display a selection of listings from that eBay account.

thanks for the reply. i see what you mean about needing two auctiva acounts. i have opened a second account, and what i would like to do, if possible is copy all my images,saved listings and profiles to the new account. can this be done?

Unfortunately, it is not a possibility to transfer information, i.e. images, saved listings, etc., from one Auctiva account to another.

why not ? surely that would be a good improvement to the usability of the site.. I have many photos in one acount and find if I need them with my other account I have to re-upload them and that already takes too much time due to auctiva running problems..
