Hi
I have just had an email from a customer replying to an auto-generated winners notification email from Auctiva - I wasnt even aware I was sending these out and was pretty horrified as not only was it totally incorrect and out of date - I dont want my customers being bombarded with emails from both ebay and Auctiva when they win and prefer to stick with the ebay ones.

I have just found how to turn it off in 'Auto email management' but got a message saying that Auctiva relys on these auto messages to remain a free service etc etc - I ignored this and the next page that came up was a billing summary page for my account which I have never seen beofre as it has always been free - does this mean that because I have turned off this auto email function that I will now be billed for using Auctiva?

Any help gratefully recieved - am very confused.
