Hi

I have been having issues with the syncing between ebay and auctiva.

ie. i will mark an item as being paid in ebay but then i go into auctiva to send an email to the buyer and filter paid items and its not in there.

is this a problem with the sync or is it just a timing issue ie i need to manually re-sync or give it more time?

Hi new@this,

Thanks for contributing to our forum. The items on your Auctiva Transactions page should actually become marked as Paid as soon as you receive payment but, in the event you have to mark items as paid within your eBay account, I believe they should also get updated to Paid within Auctiva almost immediately.

If you continue to encounter this problem, please contact our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab and selecting the "File Support Case" option and we will look into this for you.
