I tried to listing something tonight. but I keep getting this message and I could not list it.
What is "Tax Datasource is currently unavailable"?

I just got this same message. My scheduled posts for tonight have failed to post. Anyone have any ideas?

I can't find your account since:
#1 you userid here doesn't match an account with us
#2 your ebay userId we ask for when signing up for the boards is not one used to list with us
#3 your email address you used doesn't have an Auctiva account.
Can you provide something so I can find your account? And please correctly enter your eBay UserId you use with Auctiva into the correct field in your message board profile.

Is this an error you get after you've scheduled it or when you're trying to schedule it? Or when you're trying to save the listing?
I saw 0 scheduled listings in your account juicygirl but I'm not sure it's the right account since you put "idon'twanttosay" for your eBay userId in the message board field we require. I guess nowyouknowwhyweneedit, lol.

My ebay user id is *****. I was trying to schedule several listings. They did not post. When I went to the scheduled listings page, I noticed it said "API Error." When I clicked on view error, it stated "Tax Datasource is currently unavailable."

I got the same error on one of my auctions tonight. It's still in my scheduled auctions.
The other one I had scheduled tonight listed fine.

Perfect, I was able to see the errors in your accounts. Since it's listed as an API error that's something that eBay sent us back. So the message "Tax Datasource is currently unavailable" I would assume is some problem on their end.
I would just try listing the items again.

We checked and those errors were only happening from 5:30pm-6:35pm Sunday so rescheduling them should work.
