I can't find your account since:

#1 you userid here doesn't match an account with us
#2 your ebay userId we ask for when signing up for the boards is not one used to list with us
#3 your email address you used doesn't have an Auctiva account.

Can you provide something so I can find your account? And please correctly enter your eBay UserId you use with Auctiva into the correct field in your message board profile.

Is this an error you get after you've scheduled it or when you're trying to schedule it? Or when you're trying to save the listing?

I saw 0 scheduled listings in your account juicygirl but I'm not sure it's the right account since you put "idon'twanttosay" for your eBay userId in the message board field we require. I guess nowyouknowwhyweneedit, lol.
Perfect, I was able to see the errors in your accounts. Since it's listed as an API error that's something that eBay sent us back. So the message "Tax Datasource is currently unavailable" I would assume is some problem on their end.

I would just try listing the items again.

An eBay employee John Slocum said it looks to be an eBay problem.
