Hi kellcom1,

Nope, this isn't due to eBay's maintenance period.

The Auctiva website is up and running. The only aspect of the site we are having problems with is the support panel.

Do you receive an error message when you attempt to log in? If so, what is the exact text of that message? If not, what exactly happens when you try to log in?
