Template and supersize missing

Hi, the template I chose with the supersize this image on my photos seem to be missing on my Ebay listings in MyEbay. They showed up in the Preview on Auctiva just before I posted tonight. Could this have anything to do with the indexing time it is taking for my listings to be searchable on Ebay or is this unrelated? Any help is appreciated. Is anyone else having this problem. When I go back to my saved listing on Auctiva and preview it, the template shows up with the supersizing.

Hi,
This has happened once before (glitch) right after the Thursday night maintenence. None of my listings had the supersize capability on the first photo. It's completely unrelated to indexing time.

If you haven't already, file a support request using the help button at the top of the page. I think you're stuck with these listings the way they are, but at least notify Auctiva of the problem.

Thank you for your help. Thankfully, they are not items where I need to have a hallmark show up. I'm wary however, because I have some planned listings where I will depend on the supersize to display proof of sterling.
