I am not aware of any current technical difficulties that would explain the issue you have described, so I am uncertain what may be causing this. If you are still encountering this behavior, I recommend clearing your browser cache and then restarting your browser to see if that clears things up.

If you continue to encounter the same behavior after doing so, please contact our Customer Support team directly from under the “Help” tab within your accounts and we will be happy to continue working with each of you on this.

If that ends up being necessary, it would be helpful if you can provide us with as much information as possible that may help us reproduce the issue within your accounts, including one or two examples of saved listings within which you are experiencing this behavior and the new template(s) you are looking to select.
