Template divisions not showing up...

My template choices are showing up on auctions perfectly with one exception: The only section or division on the auction page showing up is the Description division. The others, which should show up directly below are not showing, but are instead, shown at the bottom of the auction page, just like an old fashioned ebay listing. I want my payment, shippng, etc. to shhow up inside my template area. Any assistance appreciated!

Hi George123123123,

To display your shipping, payment, etc. information within the template of your listings under the appropriate headers, you must first create a seller details profile at Auctiva -> Profiles(tab) -> Seller Details. Just fill in the information you would like displayed in each section save the profile.

Then, when creating your listings, simply select the appropriate seller details profile from the "Select Seller Details" pulldown menu on the lister page, directly to the right of the "Select Template" button, and your seller details information will appear within the template of your listing under the appropriate headers.

Mike- I was just going to ask the same question! I did all of the above but when the "seller details" box comes up there is no heading at all to tell me what header I am entering info into. Any help will be greatly appreciated. I have a Mac. Does that make a dif?
