Template font color in scrolling menu

Does anyone know how to change the font color that a template puts in the scrolling menu. I am using "Lace Yellow" in conjunction with my own template. I opted to use the template compatible scrolling menu. The scrolling menu looks great with the template with one exception; the font that it inserts in the scrolling menu is ABSOLUTELY unreadable.
