Template images cut off and placed askew

Is anyone else having crazy guillotined image problems?? My palm trees have the tops of their trees placed on pineapples, my blossoms are gorgeous but them the whole right margin of blossoms is duplicated and placed separately from the rest of the acution - it looks bad.... is this normal? Can it be fixed? Thanks for any info...
