Hi - I notice that you made a revision to your Description, it could be related to that. (major revision all right, total deletion). Is your template STILL showing up on the "revise your listing" page? Or is it now gone?
Whether it's there or not, you could replace the HTML in your active listing (which may be defective, or missing altogether?) with a fresh copy from your saved listing in Auctiva, a fairly simple process:
1) Locate your listing in your Saved Listings folder, make any necessary changes, preview, and save.
2) Check the box next to your updated listing in your Saved Listings folder and click the “Get HTML” button.
3) Copy the HTML in the popup box.
4) Locate the item on eBay and click the "Revise Item" button.
5) Click "Edit Description" then click the "Enter your own HTML" tab.
6) Paste the copied HTML in place of what's there and save your changes.
This should restore your template to its proper place in the eBay universe. If a fresh HTML copy doesn't work, you could always cancel the bad listing and repost it (double-check it in Preview first), and keep your fingers crossed. If that doesn't work, file a support request with Auctiva, they will get to you fairly quickly.
I'm no expert but these are a few simple things you could try which may work - nothing to lose really, except your listing fee if you cancel. Or someone may come along with a better idea. Good luck.
