I used the jewelry template on my auction and it does not appear correctly. There are several large areas of white space between sections and you have to scroll down quite a distance to see the description, payment, s&H sections etc. I cannot edit it thru EBAY- how do I fix this- it is auction #8916033536

thanks much

I a not an expert with HTML, but your template is too wide. Unless you want to cut the html code out thats on your auction now and replace it with a new one, then you'd have to go in and re-add your description etc.. and pics or if you can figure out where in the html the size is and replace it by typing in a diff dimension/ size. Either way it won't be easy to correct. Good luck
thank you for your response but I'm a complete HTML dunce-- I went to the listing and switched to HTML mode and scrolled all the way through and did not see anything called photos so I could put the brackets and break as you suggested, What else are the photos called? Other than ending the listing and relisting and I don't want to do that and pay more listing fees for this item, how else can I fix it??

thanks so much
it's me again- after I replied, I went back and found what I thought was the photos- it said images and were all the photo numbers I had uploaded. they were separated by commas so I removed the commas and put in the <br> between each. That does not seem to have made a difference. the problem is really at the beginning of the listing-- that is where all the blank space is-- in the HTML there are a lot of lines at the beginning about flash plug-ins-- is that where the problem is??
Okay, try it this way . . .

Go into your saved listing here on Auctiva and change the image layout from there or even use a different template if you wish and then save this listing.

After it has been saved find it in your list of saved listings and check off the box next to it, then go to the top and see where it says "Get HTML" click that and copy what you see.

Then go to ebay and revise the listing and replace all the HTML that is there with the HTML you just copied.

Save changes and you should be good to go!
