The only way I change the Template Header is revising through eBay in the HTML code. I find the exact wording that I want to change and then delete the old and add the new without changing any of the characters or spaces around it. You can actually do it in Auctiva's One-Page Lister. When you design your listing, there is a section where you can fill in for your template title. I believe it is next to where you modify your layout.
If you do a lot of bulk listings all at once, then this could be a little frustrating, but I believe if you leave the template title blank in your bulk listing template, your auction titles default as the template title.
When you block a person, they can no longer invite you to a private message or post to your profile wall. Replies and comments they make will be collapsed/hidden by default. Finally, you'll never receive email notifications about content they create or likes they designate for your content.
