i'm RELISTING some items but wanted to change the template... well when checking the listing once on ebay... the old template is still there and the NEW temp is on the outer border.... what is going on here????

Hi Charles,
When you import a listing from your "Closed Listings" folder to "Saved Listings", the old template will appear within the description editor. When you would like to change the template on a listing created in this manner, the first thing you should do is copy the description text, click the "Switch to TextMode" link, delete the existing description HTML, then click "Switch to Design Editor" and paste the copied description text back into the editor. This process will remove the existing template from within the description editor, which will allow you to select a new template via the standard process and achieve the desired results.
