templates not coming up in set-up

Do you have a pop up blocker?

I'm sorry this is happening to you. I was just designing some auctions, uploading pics and more and the site was working for me.

Have you added any pop up blockers or downloaded any new updates for your browser? Are you using Firefox Browser or Internet Explorer?

Be sure to fill out a customer help ticket.

It's not the pop-up blocker because I disabled it and the box does come up, it just never fills in, stays blank. I recently installed Norton's Internet Security and Webroot Spyware Sweeper but that's all that I've done and it worked fine before when I had those.

When I click on Select Template, I get the pop-up box that stays all white and says "Unknown Zone" in the lower right hand corner. I've never had this happen before when I had the same internet security programs so I have no idea why it's doing this now.

Ok..with the Auctiva upgrade there's been another mention from another member in regards to Norton..

Let's both do a search on the forums for the answer.

Unknown Zone is a pop up blocker.

There's a solution somewhere on these boards.

The search is on the top of this forum.
Click the tab that states find with a magnifying glass next to it. The search function works quite well and there would be no need to go through each and every post.

I don't use Norton or McAfee..I use AVG virus..it's free. I used an anti-virus that was purchased once many moons ago and it was far more trouble with updating and keeping my computer safe so my choice is AVG. Wish I could help you more, but I'm not familiar with Norton.

Please take the time to use the function I suggested and explained where to find it.

Well I have NO idea what's going on, but I just tried going back in to do a test auction and see if I could get the template to come in, and now it's working. One minute it's not working, the next it is with me not doing anything different than I did before. And they call WOMEN temperamental! LOL

Hello, I TOO am not able to use the auctiva templates. I was able to use them a month or so ago, however not now. I am frustrated!! I have COMPLETELY DISABLED my popup blocker (adaware by Lavasoft)and still, no luck. When I click on the choose template button, the box FLASHES briefly on my computer screen, then... I get the message "you have made changes, do you wish to keep your changes"? It's as if I have chosen to close my "New Listing" screen. Soooo...I choose yes and I am then taken back to where I can continue editing the same listing!!! ARRRGGGHHHH!!! Any suggestions? I am going nucking futs!

I would file a support ticket on this one

same EXACT problem here--get the blank screen, I don't use pop-up blocker.
