templates not loading

By "load a template", do you mean selecting a template in the one-page lister?

If so, which OS and browser are you running?

By loading I mean I select the template box to pick a template border to use and it never comes up and then throws me out. If I am lucky enough to select a border when I go to post my listing it throws me out. Have not been able to use Auctive for over a week. Had to use ebay.

I hate to sound stupid but I don't know what OS means or know how to tell which browser that I am using.

OS = Operating System

Trying to figure-out if you are using a PC or MAC. If you're a PC user, example OS is Windows XP.

For browser, most XP users are running Internet Explorer (IE), which is bundled (either IE6 or IE7).

Generally, Auctiva supports the IE or Firefox browsers.

I got it now!!!! I have windows vista and internet explorer. thanks for being patient with me. Tomorrow when I list I will make sure it keeps me logged in all the time. Hope you can help me solve this aggravating dilema. Things went well until last weekend.

Hi,

Vista has Internet Explorer 7 (IE7) for browser. I recall that Vista with IE7 may have some default settings that won't work with Auctiva. You may need to change settings to allow Java scripting and pop-ups to work with the Auctiva site.

And, yes, make sure you check that box under the logon ID and password to keep you logged in.

It has been a month since I used Auctiva because my auctions weren't selling. I was going to send some to Ebay tonight and list more in my images.

I noticed my borders are no longer showing on my listings. The borders are a solid red and my messages that I display in each image is black instead of the colors I selected.

I use Windows XP....anyone soultions??

When I went to "edit" in "images", borders were already enabled.

Ok, sounds good to me but it has worked perfectly up until last weekend. I guess I will try to change my setting and see if that helps. thanks ever so much for your expert assistance.
