Is anyone else having this problem. I am using the big game template and it isn't showing up. I tried another one and it shows up but is messed up.

We are having problems with all the templates not showing up completely. The background color is all we're getting.
We're back up again, not sure what the deal was there!
Well it was ok for awhile and now I see my ebay ones I listed earlier are now acting up on the template. Seems only to be doing it to 5 on them. The rest with the same template are fine. Strange indeed
I took a look at my listings on auctiva and the background shows up fine. When I go to the ebay listing however the background is gone and has a bunch of squares there with x's. Only happened on the 5 listings that I had problems with previously. Others may want to check there listings on ebay if you had any template issues before
Final note on this thread. I checked this morning on ebay to see if these 5 listings ever fixed themselves and the template show up. They did not so I deleted those from ebay and relisted. Luckily they were store items and only cost me a additional 15 cents.

Five auctions listed, two are OK & three have no templates.
Are TPTB at Auctiva aware of the problem?
I'm reluctant to action my ever-growing backlog of relists in case it's still a problem. Any news, anyone?

Ok. When I sign into Auctiva to "relist" or "list similar" items, those templates that were created are gone. I have only one page of listings now on Auctiva where I had more than five before. Is anyone else having this problem?

That's not the problem that this thread refers to, but it sounds similar to something that had me foxed the other day.
Look at the top right above your list (e.g. in Saved Listings). There's a box that shows a default setting of "last 30 days"; use the drop down menu there to choose a different time period.

I'm having the problem today with the template backgrounds showing. Does anyone know if I post (because there appears to be issues with posting as well), will it automatically fix? I'm reluctant to try posting because I do not want to have to end all my posts and relist. It's pointless then. If anyone has info on this, please let me know. I just started using Auctiva again after over a year, and this is not a good sign.
I am having the same problem but was told by Auctiva that the templates would be there when listed to ebay. I tried it and the template was there. I don't consider this a fix since I need to see the template before I list it but at least I can get some work done.
