Hi!

1. Loving Auctiva however I don't understand why my text tool pallete is all white squares with no colors to select from. The background fill tool is also just a pallete with no colors, just white squares. I did select the text I want to color and if my pop up blocker has something to do with the problem I disabled it but still no text color. In addition I can't change the size of the text.

2. I selected the ladybug pond template that has a nice green background with leaves going up the sides. However the green background color does not show up in the preview. The background is all white. And the leaves going up the sides are cut off except that there is a square in each corner of the background with a little bit of the leaf illustration in each square.

Can you help? I am just previewing everything not actually listing it on e-bay yet.

Could you tell us what type of computer you have and which browser you are using? This might help us to determine what the issue is.

Okay Brent sure. My browser is Internet Explorer and my computer is a mighty DELL XPS.

Hello Mary,

I have been unable to reproduce either of the issues that you have experienced. Are you experiencing these problems from the lister page? If so could you try to click on the link just above the Item Description editor that says "Full size Editor" and check to see if you have the same problem?

If this is still happening would you mind filling out a Support Request so that we can try to get to the bottom of the issue, we would appreciate it.
