I'll agree with that! And many Thanks to management for posting updates during the outage, too. That's better service than I've seen anywhere else - and you sure can't beat the price!

I also want to say Thank you. I love their service here and the response time is great anytime I have a request. With the electronic day and age nothing is fail safe and there will be glitches here and there with ANY service even service paid for. Auctiva has made eBay a great experience for me.
