The header image at that link is an ebay hosted image, not Auctiva. I looked at your auction and did not see that image either.

There was a second image in the auction that was Auctiva hosted and I saw that one fine as of this writing.

If you are still having difficulties please file a support case and we can have someone look closer.

that seems to be the first image that's supposed to be there. and, it is not on the site.
