the flash pic swf won't load.

I am use 3rd party to host image. This image host allow me to use put all pics together and make a flash(swf). I use that in html and preview in frontpage, it turn out alright. But when i put in item description, the flash pic won't load. But if it's normal JPG, it will load. Could you tell me why?

Also, I don't see Switch to Text Mode" link above the description editor, so I just simply copy the html into the item description box.

Also the username I registrate with auctiva, will it be seen by customers? When I registrate with auctiva, it showed that my username will be seen by customer. Does that mean my ebay customer will see my Auctiva username?

Hi domoreforless,

1) Well it sounds like you're entering html into the design editor. However, I'm not sure why you're not seeing the "Switch to Text Mode Link" above the editor. To remedy this problem, I recommend using an alternate browser. We recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 and Firefox 1.5 for best performance with our site. A free download of Firefox is available at http://www.mozilla.com .

2) The only place your Auctiva username will appear on your listings is in your store window header. However, this header text can be changed at Auctiva -> Store(tab) -> Store Window -> Edit Store Window.

Dear Mike,

I still didn't see "switch to text mode" link.

This is what I do:
1. I open auctiva Mister Poster 1.51 from the desktop. then set a "new batch", then "item- new item", then comes out a window called "edit item form". There is a box called "item description". I expect the "switch to text mode" should be around here, but there is nothing. Please advice.

Yes, I am using the lastest version of firefox. But the edit item is offline, I am not sure what has to do with html function.
