The store window is set to display 16 of your active listings at a time and is refreshed every 2 hours. Each time the store window refreshes, it is populated with another 16 of your current listings that are ending around the same time as the next auction of yours that is viewed.

If the item you just listed was posted via Auctiva, it will have the potential to be displayed in your store window the next time it refreshes, which it does about every 2 hours.

If the item you just posted was submitted through eBay's SYI form, it will take about 6-8 hours for that item to be imported into your Auctiva account and have the potential to be displayed in your store window.

I thought I had read where it shows 16, but mine always just shows 13 at a time. I have counted them 3 different times and it shows just the 13. If you choose the option of having certain ones featured, does that make those certain ones show in the showcase over the rest? I am just trying to figure out how to get the 16 to show. I have alot of stuff selling right now. Thanks!

Sorry about the misinformation. It appears that the store window is displaying 14 items at a time.

If your store window is displaying 13 listings when you have more than 13 items listed, there is something strange going on, so I suggest you file a support case regarding this issue using the appropriate link on our help page:
