THE IMAGE PROBLEM IS RIDICULOUS

I opened a support issue only to have the support person from Auctiva tell me to clear my cache and my history. Come On! There are dozens of posts on the same problem of images in Ebay auctions not appearing. The problem can't ALL be the users. These are broken links. Clearly the problem is on Auctiva's end.
