The Logistics of Postal Insurance (?)

Hello all,
I am interested in the Auctiva postal insurance option but noticed that it is through UPS and USPS. Does Auctiva offer postal insurance options for USERS outside of the US?

I'm 99% sure that Auctiva shipping insurance is only available to users who are shipping from Canada or the US and who are listing on ebay.us/ebay motors/or ebay.ca.

Auctiva Shipping Insurance can indeed only be used to cover items that are being shipping from the United States or Canada.
