Hi,
I recently requested help from the tech guys about my closed transactions saying that were "awaiting payment" when infact they were paid and shipped. All paid with PP.
They said they were going to fix this problem and so I closed the case. But the problem is still the same and now I can not get into the HELP link to view or ask the help desk about this.
When I click on HELP it just shows me a blank page. Its the same when I try to view the link to look at active or closed help requests ?
I cleared my cache etc, but its just the same.
Any ideas ?
