The site is running very slow if at all

I havent been able to get the store window to work since I started last week. There are no pictures in it == just an empty scrolling window. Even when i disable it , it shows up on my ebay. Is there a way to fix this. It really looks bad.

Go look at your eBay item(s), and on each one, select "Edit This Item". Go to the description editor, and select the HTML option, then delete the doe for the window - it's at the beinning (on top). I did this, and everything loaded okay after that. I hate to do it, but it just doesn't work most of the time anymore, and it tends to lock up the browser with one image left to display on each item - and that's the revolving window. Best to dump that for now. My sales have dropped off ever since that started acting up, and I've had complaints from people not being able to view my items or getting fed-up waiting for them to finish loading.

My current auctions are running just fine. The window loads quick and the pictures come right up. But the main site will not even load for me now. I am over at ebay for now trying to make a buck. Oh how I loved this site

Mikebiker it is working fine fore me. For trouble-shooting purposes try a different browser like Firefox.

It worked just fine for me last week. Everything else online is working OK so I must assume it is the Auctiva site. I can not even get the main page to open anymore.

I can not upload any pictures. Customers are now complaining they can not see pictures. Thanks, for the warning on this wonderful switch. If we had known this was coming we could have avoided it untill you had the site running properly again. I have tried everything I can do on my end and I still load a picture. The window eventually goes to the page is not available message after it times out.

Trying to upload pictures this is what I get.

You are saying two things. Can you not upload to Auctiva, or are your pictures not loading in active auctions?
What about your earlier problem?
This is getting confusing.

If I can get to uploading pictures it will time out and load nothing.
After this has happened the site freezes and I can do nothing.
It will not even open the main page now after it has been closed unless I clear everything.
I am having more then one problem at a time.
Nearly every page and popup loads slow.

Are you on dial-up or broadband? Did you try another browser like I suggested?

I have cable. Took the speed test and have download of 4683 and upload of 362. I have been working on ebay all night with no problems uploading up to 10 pictures on one auction. The auctiva site jus loaded fine and I got the picture upload windowopend ok. I tried to upload 2 pictures and it loads in the window but the geen indicator at the bottom of the big page goes halfway and it stops. These two pictures just loaded after a few minutes. They are the first to load all afternoon for me. Usually it just stops and that is it I can do no more. Maybe it is better I will try a few more and see. I do not want to download a different browser. IE has worked fine for me with evertything else and Auctiva in the past.

Did you try using any of the other Auctiva uploaders? The other browser was for trouble shooting purposes. If it works in it you know it is an IE problem. I know, it can’t be that because it worked a few minutes ago. Just like all was fine with my spouse a few minutes ago and now I am informed I will be sleeping on the couch, it happens.

Just tried to upload 7 pictures and it has timed out. Got the message below. I was able to uncheck gallery and schedule this listing so I can try to load pictures later.

Well i tried downloading Foxfire and it still does not load pictures. It opens the window and I select pictures hit download and it goes zip and is done with no pictures. I tried it about 10 times with the same results.

Ok we know it is not the browser. Did you try the other uploaders? When you say download you do mean upload? File a support ticket and they check your account. If it works you will need to continue trouble-shooting your end.
