The Site Is Unstable

When Auctiva works, it's great.

But. It's not working a lot of times.

My suggestion is to concentrate first and foremost on site stability...dependability. I am like a dog. I am happy to eat the same food every day. I don't need new and fancy. I just need the basics.

I would pay a reasonable amount for basic everyday stability.

For whatever it's worth....

I'd bet we'd still be getting the same problems whether we pay or not. They got an inexperienced programmer to do their 'upgrade' which was actually a 'downgrade'

What the heck is going on tonight?

I was almost finished a listing - and that is saying something considering how many times the page froze, or something hinky appeared on the screen, like dozens of little icons in the Description Box...

Now I can't get the Preview to work, and my Description box doesn't exist!

I just have a few more days to list some free auctions on ebay and this is driving me insane!

Don't be like ebay Auctiva and keep adding "improvements" that only screw things up. Just get what you've already got to work. I'm sick of having my shipping displayed incorrectly or being unable to accept best offers- I've wasted a ton of time today on Auctiva because the site is not working like it's supposed to.

Same here 11 PM EST. Get all the way thru a posting only to have site freeze when you hit POST. Of course when you hit back arrow, everyting is lost. Come on Auctiva go back to pre upgrade....
