If this is just in 1 or a few listings I might be able to shed some light on it.

I have only seen this once last week. I had a listing post and there was a problem with Auctiva talking to eBay and I got a Auctiva error page to try later. As I have seen before it has gone through but with errors on that listing.

I had to correct the one listing. If it is happening often then put in a support ticket. If you are using autolist then it could have affected more then one.
