Hi katcherr,
I just reviewed a few of your active listings and I was able to see the Auctiva hosted images in each one, but it is certainly possible that I did not view the specific listings you are referring to. We did just recently restart our service that purges images that have been marked as deleted after suspending it since the beginning of June, so images that were marked as deleted as early as June are just getting permanently deleted now.
If you are using the Firefox browser, it is possible that you accidentally set your browser to block Auctiva hosted images so that is the first thing I recommend checking into. In order to make sure your Firefox browser is not set to block images hosted by Auctiva, you will first want to select “Options” from the “Tools” menu within Firefox. You will want to click the “Content” tab and make sure the box next to “Load Images Automatically” is checked.
Once you have confirmed that option is checked, you will want to click the “Exceptions” button next to it and make sure Auctiva.com is not listed there as an exception. If you find that Auctiva.com is listed as an exception, remove it from the listing by selecting it and clicking the “Remove Site” button and you should then be able to see the Auctiva hosted images again if they are indeed there.
If you find that you are still unable to see the images in your listings after trying this measure, please send a couple examples of items in which you are unable to see the images to our customer support team and we’ll see what we can do to help you out. You can reach us using the form on the following page of our site:
