Hi,
Last night I was trying to pay for an item that I won through the "buy it now" option on ebay. However, every time I tried to check out, I receive an error message saying "This configuration with processor is invalid. Call Merchant Service Provider." I already contacted the seller and they're saying they're not sure what's wrong, but they're "working around the clock" on it. I was just wondering, could it be something on my end that's triggering this? I've tried three different credit cards and I still get the error. I just tried again a few moments ago - still got the error.
Any advice you could provide would be greatly appreciated! I don't want to delay payment (which would then delay shipment) on this item for too long.
