This is kinda irritating!!!

I've been an Auctiva member since March ('07) & listing items either at Auction or in my eBay Store has been WUNNERFUL! However, just today I found something kinda irritating. Although ALL of my Profiles are set up to show us as shipping WORLDWIDE & past listings showed up as us shipping WORLDWIDE, all of a sudden my listings are being created as us shipping only to the USA. I re-checked my profiles & everything is set correctly yet the items I listed today won't reflect that information & I have to go in & click the little WORLDWIDE thingy. Without going thru every single auction or Store item, I have NO IDEA how long this has been going on. I feel I could be losing sales if this shows on numerous listings since we generally have many, many foreign buyers. What's up with this??? Has anyone else had this problem & how can it be corrected???

Hi Autopaper,
This has been going on for a while but the problem is not with Auctiva. I believe that anyway because prior to signing up here the shipping for simply Canada wasnt showing up on the calculator.
Now it still shows up in TYPE, that I ship to USA, Aus, Canada,& UK some Ger too.
BUT the calculator doesnt show up anythin other than USA.
I went into Global Trade link at the Bottom right of my Ebay Sold page, then a page Pops Up with the Global Ebay Map, I clicked on Australia and searched for one of my listings there. It came Up in their search pages. I did the Same for Canada & the UK.
So my items are searchable even though the calculator and such does not show up the international shipping costs.
Perhaps you might wish to search for one listing that you have made available Globally at the Global Link. See if they are actually NOT coming up, or if it is just our e-bay page not showing things.

Just a Thought, Love. Thats what I did when I had concerns. Sincerely Nanc
