I have been listing many of my items with BIN (buy it now) and it seems to be paying off. People are getting into the frenzie of buying and want that option! So spend the extra $ and add that to your listings.... I have to go and add some more inventory to my store

BINs never work out well for me...I usually end up not selling the item, or getting much more for it if it's in auction format. I just sold a pair of boots (auction) for 71.00. If I had a BIN on them I really would have lost out

But you're right, this is the time of year people want things RIGHT NOW for Christmas.

yes bin you may lose $. but my thought was to put the highest price I thought I would get for it and put that down. if it sticks great!

99% of our stuff is sold via BIN. I'll only put something up for auction if it has a history of multiple bidders and high selling price.

Also, with BINs, you usually get your money right away, whereas auction buyers tend to wait a few days sometimes.
