My scheduled listing (230110506755) went up to eBay fine except in Auctiva Active Listings, the thumbnail is missing. Also on Ebay, the thumbnail is not showing in the Auctiva Slideshow. Do not know why or what to do.

Aron, On the Auctiva Active Listings and in the eBay slideshow, the thumbnail says "NO THUMBNAIL AVAILABLE". My picture is showing on the auction, just not showing in the thumbnail on Auctiva or eBay???
