what is the deal with the thumbnails not working on my store and on my previous?

Seems auctiva is having some issues with the images. Checkout the thread "images not loading"

At this stage we have been advised to lodge a support ticket.

I've had the same problem for nearly 24 hours. Only red "x's" are appearing for all pictures, although in the store window you can see each item. Looks like it might be effecting my 'older' images in re-listed auction items. Funny thing is, all the images were there for several days after the auctions started. I was told last night that images would be restored in 3-4 hours...that was 16 hours ago, and still no images. I have filed a second support ticket, and am awaiting a response. I do all my listings with Auctiva, and this becomes very frustrating for me, and my perspective bidders / buyers. This is not the first time I have had image hosting issues with Auctiva created auctions. Hope this gets resolved real soon. All 20 of my auctions end this weekend.
