The pictures are on ebay but many listings last night are missing the thumbnails in Auctiva.

Soooooo . . . we have to go through all of last night listing to find which ones did and did not load thumbnails. . arg!! Please tell me NO!!! (I have a feeling your answer will be H___eck yeah!!!
after further research, it looks like anything that posted between 3 and 5 eastern time could have been impacted.

Here we go again. The thumbnails from yesterdays postings are missing on auctiva.
If you look at your active listings folder, you will see missing thumbnails for items posted yesterday. Just found the third one.

Thanks for contributing to our forum. I just reviewed the Active Listings page within your Auctiva account and I am able to see thumbnails for all of your listings, so I suspect that you have either clicked the button intended to hide the thumbnail images or that something on your side of things is blocking them from loading.
The first thing I recommend doing which may help with this issue is going to the Active Listings page within your Auctiva account and clicking the button at the top of the column where the thumbnails should be, which has an icon of a red mountain range on it.
That button is intended to allow you to hide and show the thumbnails for your listings on that page so, if you had inadvertently hidden them using that button, all you should need to do to get them showing up again is click the button one more time.
If you are unable to make the thumbnail image show up in this manner, then there must be something on your side of things blocking them from loading. If that is the case, the first thing I recommend trying which may resolve the problem is to clear your browser cache and then close and reopen your browser.
If you continue to see the same behavior after trying that, I recommend contacting our customer support team by mousing over the "Help" tab within your account and then selecting the "File Support Case" option.
On a related note, we have seen an issue come up recently (reported by itsjustme) that is causing "Image Not Available" icons to show up in place of the thumbnail images for certain listings, but I do not see any evidence of that problem in your account.

The issue I have reported (twice) has been fixed twice. So currently all thumbnails in active listings are showing.
