Thumbnails, or lack of them!

I've re-listed some items and none of them are showing the thumbnails either in the store, on my active listing page, or the moving store window. Does anyone know the answer to this problem as I've searched the posts and no-one has ever got an answer, so I don't know what do, please help?

Thanks for letting us know. I have initiated a command to create your missing Auctiva store/store window images and you should be able to see the results within 30 minutes or so. If you encounter a similar problem in the future, please file a support request using the appropriate link on our help page:
