Thumnails

Do you have any name put on the store yet? Possibly the 'Store' tab followed by 'Editing Store Header' might be useful for you. Also does anything show up instead of photos in listings? Words? Error messages?
I might be reading your post wrong and I apologise if I'm not giving you answers you can use.

I have contacted Auctiva about this problem with the thumbnail photo's I don't no how many times and all they can say is that my e-bay token is invalid.
But I have updated my e-bay token and still I am having this problem
Some thumbnail photo's are showing in my Auctiva store but some are not.
The thumbnail in my Auctiva store says no thumbnail available. The information is there but no photo and it looks really untidy.
I am pulling my hair out with trying different methods and still no photo's
Is there some-one out there that can help me or are there a lot of e-bay sellers in the same position with Auctiva.
