Thursday updates and banners - will our ebay ads still show?

Would be nice to get some response from the Auctiva Team on this one.
Obviously nobody else knows either or they would have chimed in.

Banners will still show, and eBayers will be able to bid on your already imported to eBay listings. Do not get caught like I was this evening, in the middle of creating a listing on Auctiva when the maintenance began. I lost my whole listing, the Auctiva listing system just shuts down without any warning. It would be nice if Auctiva would send a warning when you are creating a listing. However; I am not a software expert, and do not know if this is possible? Is there a method to find the crashed listing after the maintenance is done? Has anyone else had this happen to them? Lost Listing Newbie...

I am really not sure if your listing will be saved but there is s chance!
We are now Friday morning 09.09am and still NO Auctiva! I am not a software expert either but I think this site, even though saves you money on some of the eBay listing features fees is really ANNOYING!!! It is very slow, closes for maintenance???????????? ( a supposed to be 4 hours maintenance which lasts nearly 24 hours!!!!!)

Hi OOAJ,

Yes, when the Auctiva website is offline for weekly database maintenance, your listings will still be searchable on eBay, and your buyers will still be able to place bids on them. The scrolling gallery will remain running in your listings as well, but may be empty under certain circumstances.
