Time Delay Between Auctiva & eBay Updates

Hi all,
Just wondering what the time delay is between updates from eBay being reflected in my Auctiva Active Listings ... eg Hits, Watches etc

Also ... when an Auction or Bit it Now closes, when it becomes available in Closed Listings to be able to relist. Perhaps there's some criteria where some listings don't appear in Closed Listings ??

I'm now waiting for some items that ended on eBay an hour ago to appear in my closed listings so that I can re-list them.

How long does it take ???

I now know to use the auto-relist ... but that's not really the point.

It should be an instant thing, shouldn't it ?

So how long IS the delay ??
