Time it takes to actually send listing info to eBay

Hi,

Im very much a beginner at this, so I nice simple easy question.

I sent over around 20 listings around an hour ago, but when I go into 'Scheduled Listings' it just says the Status for them all is "Posting".

Does it take a certain amount of time to post the listings, if so how long? And does the amount of time depend on the timing, as in Sundays nights being a busier period?

I am having the same problem and I only tried to list 3 items. I normally do not have this problem, my listings usually go through very quickly so I'm wondering if there's a problem or if the systems over loaded??
