Hi all,
This is my first time posting here and first time using Auctiva.
Now, I spent ages writing a description. When I clicked save it told me my session has timed out and had to log back in. When I did this my listing wasn't saved and now I can't find it anywhere.
I assume this means it did not save it when I logged back in, if so why not????
I spent ages doing it and am not happy it's all gone.
If anyone can tell me if this is indeed the case that would be great.
If it is then I will no longer be using Auctiva!
Thanks in advance for any help/advice.

This HAD been a big problem in the past...had to hit 'save' every 5 minutes or the darn thing would be gone. BUT it has been adressed, I don't know about others but I pretty much stay logged in forever now...I guess if you were working for a VERY long time, it may have timed out. Don't really know what else to say, this hasn't happened to me since they fixed it Confused
The only time I'll find myself logged out is if I go to the address bar & go to Ebay or soewhere for a minute. Then I do have to log back in.
Sorry you lost all your descriptions. I feel your pain. That is why I type all my stuff in a Word processor program. I use Ms Word Office, copy and then paste here. At least I know it will be saved. If I forget to save and try to close the program, it will always ask if I want to save. I really like the AutoCorrect spelling feature too.
Hi. I only stay logged in for about an hour. Hitting the back button a bunch of times mostly retrieves what I lost, except once. I've gotten better about saving since that one.

I like that it spell checks here in Auctiva. May have to do that extra step like you, Phyllis. It'd probably save a lot of scares thinking I've lost it all.

I'm sorry you lost your listings and feel your pain!
