How long does it normally take for items to appear on Ebay after Auctiva uploads them?
I uploaded 9 listings 2 1/2 to 3 hours ago and none of them are showing up yet. They are not in my store, nor do they appear in my items on selling list on MyEbay. My number of listings has also not changed. According to auctiva they were all uploaded fine and I have an email from auctiva saying each one has been posted.
How long before I can expect to actually see them on ebay?
Also if I want to schedule a listing to start at a certain time, how much earlier should I schedule it for in Auctiva so that it will actualy start around the time that I want it to?

Rhyssa, ebay's indexing can take a lot longer than that, I have had listing take 6 hours or so. But, if the transaction between Auctiva and ebay has worked OK, you should be able to see them in your My ebay view - if you can't, then I think there's a problem. It's interesting you say you received an email from Auctiva saying the item was listed - I've never had one of those, I only get one from ebay.

Go to your Auctiva Account page, and check you do not have any Event Alerts, telling you there was a problem. I had this happen to me the other day, and eventually stumbled across this alert, telling me that ebay had refused the listing and why. Might be worth a check.

I went and rechecked my email and the emails I had were from ebay, not auctiva.
I checked my store and my myebay page and still not showing, BUT, when I clicked on Active listings, lo and behold the total updated and my new listings are there

They're listed as store inventory too so I guess it just takes a while for them to be added to the store page.
