Time zone problems!

Hi..I'm new to auctiva and I need help!

I'm in the UK I have imported my existing listings (not scheduled in auctiva) from ebay but I can't seem to get my auctiva store and my ebay times to correspond! The auctiva time is 8 hrs behind UK ebay time(currently BST) There's probably a simple explanation, how can I sort this??

Hi blackbootz,

All times reflected on the Auctiva site are in Pacific Standard Time.

You can adjust the time zone of the scheduler if you wish at Auctiva -> My Account(tab) -> Settings(Preferences) which will allow you to schedule your listings according to your local time.

However, all other times dispalyed on the Auctiva site will remain in PST.
