Hi R,
In order to avoid having to re-enter your standard listing information each time you create a new listing, I recommend creating a master profile which contains all of your consistently used details and then beginning each listing from your master profile.
To get started, you will need to click the “Profiles” tab within your account and create profiles for the Item Details, Marketing Tools, Shipping and Checkout sections of the lister. Once you have done so, you will then be able to combine them into a Master Profile from the same page.
After creating your master profile, you will then be able to build listings from it by clicking the “Listings” tab within your account, select the profile from the “Create Listing from Master Profile” drop down menu on the ensuing page and clicking the “Go” button.
