Hi Community,

I wanted to let you know that we had a small release today and added an easier way to include the eBay Gallery images in your listings.

Previously to have those images appear in your listings you would have to check the box to enable them, then select each image again one at a time. With today's release, you still have to check the box, but now the first 12 images you had already selected in the Auctiva Image Selection portion of the lister will automatically be input as the gallery images.

It would be even better to make that an Account Preference so you wouldn't even have to check the box on each listing, but this is a start--hopefully it will save users time.

Hi Rebecca, This worked for one of my listings, but then the other two it didn't work...I thought HEY...neat..but then I had to 'choose' them again for optional eBay. ALSO in account preferences, what should be check to have it automatically upload to OPTIONAL eBay images...or is that going to be a different release?

Hi pattycyn!

When you say you had to "choose" them again, do you mean you had to check the box again, or did you have to go and select each gallery image again? If you mean you just had to check the box again, that is how it is supposed to work. If that isn't what you meant, were you editing an existing Saved listing, or creating a brand new on from scratch? If we know where it was not working we can get it fixed a lot quicker for ya.

There is no account preference for that option, but is something we hope to add in the future. For right now, all you have to do is check that box to enable them on the lister, and that's it.

Actually yes Rebecca, I was editing a previous saved listing. Deleted the Auctiva Images...scrolled down and deleted the Optional eBay..I think I realized in my feeble little brain, that is probably why it didn't work like it did on the FIRST NEW listing...I'll keep an eye on it.
